Check Your Circulation Record

Cardholding patrons of the Northlake Public Library District are able to view their circulation records online.

You may do this in four simple steps:

  1. Enter your name as it appears on your library card. Then press Enter or Tab to get to the next box.
  2. Enter your 14-digit library barcode number, without spaces, as it appears on your library card. Then press Enter or Tab to get to the next box.
  3. Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number). NOTE: If you have not done this before, you may make up a new one the first time. The PIN may be any combination of letters and/or numbers, that you must remember.
  4. Click on the bar that says "Display record for person named above."

Note: If you are encountering difficulties or if you have previously created a PIN and it is not working, please call the library at 708-562-2301 for assistance.
